Responsibilities:As a key member of the real estate team, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of development projects and routine commercial property work.
Your role will include, but is not limited to:
– Managing and advising on real estate transactions, including development projects from inception to completion.– Providing expert legal advice on commercial property matters.– Conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating contracts, and handling land acquisitions and disposals.– Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
– A minimum of 5 PQE as a real estate solicitor.– Strong knowledge of development work and commercial property law.– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.– The ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently and supervise junior lawyers.
