Commercial & Residential Property Assistant / Administrator
Madison Berkeley are once again partnering with a leading Global Real Estate Investment & Asset Manager who are actively looking to strengthen their in house Commercial & Residential Asset Management Team. This forward thinking, diverse, inclusive organisation is looking to recruit an experienced Property Administrator / Assistant to support the Property & Asset Management teams. The role will report directly to the Head of Asset Management who is responsible for a high performing team who active manage a UK portfolio worth in excess of £2.5bn.
The role will require someone with current real estate experience, ideally working within a property management or asset management department managing a case load of property management duties which will include, invoice and capex management, budgeting, liaising with managing agents to chase arrears, update tenancy schedules, dealing with maintenance issues, assisting with ESG Strategies and supporting the asset managers with value add initiatives.
