My client, a leading and award-winning international commercial law firm delivering advice and strategic guidance spanning the full legal spectrum is looking to recruit into it’s real estate team in central London. This is a hugely exciting time for this team and the role itself in terms of allowing for potential to lead the way in developing the London team of this firm in the market even further. They have grown to a decent number team wise and they are very busy already in terms of current and consistent work flow. Not to mention that the retention rate for this team in particular is truly exceptional with a highly collegiate team feel and a truly supportive framework and atmosphere firm wide.
Both the firm and the team itself are very profitable, with equity partners grossing a well above average PEP level. The team in London provides a range of legal services to real estate sector clients including advice in relation to sales and acquisitions, development and funding arrangements, joint venture arrangements, landlord and tenant matters, and banking and real estate finance. Clients include leading property developers, institutional and other investors, banks and other funders, occupiers (with a particular strength in the retail sector), public sector bodies, public utility companies, social housing providers, housebuilders, and surveyors and agents.
I am looking to recruit a partner level solicitor working in real estate with a network demonstrating sound business acumen. The team and firm work collaboratively allowing for you to maximise the potential for referral network at an already successful and highly professional, ranked outfit. Development finance and Property finance experience is beneficial and you may come from a central London firm or a regional firm and be looking to make the move into London.
