A leading International law firm is seeking an
experienced
real estate paralegal to join their team and be based in their Bristol office.
The Role:
Supporting fee-earners on transactions focused in the energy sector
Managing a busy caseload of transactions including liaising with the clients to obtain instructions
Negotiating and completing easements and wayleaves
Assisting with purchases and leases of sub-stations and construction compounds
Your experience:
You must have experience in real estate transactions
Experience in dealing with large workload is paramount.
