About the Role:
As a Real Estate Paralegal, you'll be an integral part of our UK Real Estate team.
You'll provide crucial support in property investment, development, planning, and disputes, serving a diverse clientele ranging from major development companies to private investors.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing various transactions such as leases, licences, purchases, and sales.
Conducting title and lease reviews, preparing reports, and assisting with due diligence.
Supporting file opening procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Data room setup and management.
Assisting with completion and post-completion tasks.
About You:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Paralegal with a strong academic background. While a degree in law is preferred, it's not essential. Candidates working towards CILEX are also encouraged to apply. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at managing multiple tasks.
