William James Recruitment are pleased to present this exciting opportunity for a NQ to 3 PQE Real Estate Litigation Solicitor to join a leading law firm in the firm's London office.
Property Litigation Solicitor - Lawyer
The Role
Our client is a leading international law firm with over 15 offices globally across Europe, the US, Asia Pacific and the Caribbean. The firm has an excellent offering acting for successful UHNWI and their businesses. The firm's principal areas of work include: family, dispute resolution, real estate, technology, corporate and private client.
The firm is looking to expand its Real Estate Litigation team by bringing in an ambitious junior Property Litigator to handle high-value and high-profile disputes in Central London.
This work includes complex breaches of covenant, dilapidations claims, injunctions, rent review and development, professional negligence, and the Telecoms Code. The firm has key clients across its key sectors including fashion and retail, investment, planning and environment.
The Candidate
Qualified Property Litigator, newly qualified to 3 years PQE
Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
Entrepreneurial, driven and ambitious individual
