Real Estate Finance Lawyer

Our client, a rated central London boutique, is seeking a Real Estate Finance Lawyer to join its award winning property practice. This is an established boutique firm, which originated as a small real estate practice, but has evolved into a prominent multi-disciplinary firm in the West End.The role is for the short term lending team, and will include working on bridging loans, secured lending and real estate finance. The team is prominent in mid-market real estate finance, and works with some of the leading names in the UK real estate and finance space.The specialised Real Estate Banking & Finance team is looking for an Associate between the level of 2PQE to approximately 8PQE. This candidate should come from a strong property firm, either in London or a regional location. Ideally, the candidate will have experience working as a Real Estate Finance Lawyer, but a more general Finance Lawyer would be suitable too.
