Position Overview:
As a Real Estate Finance Associate, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to clients on a range of real estate finance transactions. Responsibilities:
Advise clients on real estate finance transactions, including acquisitions, developments, and refinancing.
Draft and review legal documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and due diligence reports.
Conduct legal research and analysis on real estate finance laws and regulations.
Assist in negotiations with lenders, borrowers, and other parties involved in transactions.
Manage client relationships and provide high-quality service to meet their needs and objectives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including lawyers from other practice areas and external advisors.
Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices to provide informed advice to clients.
Qualifications:
Qualified solicitor with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in real estate finance.
Strong academic background with a degree in Law or a related field.
Experience working in a reputable law firm or financial institution, with a focus on real estate finance transactions.
In-depth knowledge of real estate finance laws, regulations, and market practices.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
