£40,000 - £70,000 (Depending on experience) plus bonus and hybrid working
The Company:
We are working with an established independent insurance broker who are based in London City Centre and are looking to add an Account Handler to their Real Estate team.

The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with real estate clients and working closely along side an Account Executive. You will serve as the main point of contact for these clients, providing them with personalised insurance solutions tailored to their specific real estate needs. Your goal will be to ensure client satisfaction, service the accounts, and maintain long-term business partnerships.
You will conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analysis for real estate clients, identifying potential hazards and recommending suitable insurance products, collaborating with underwriters to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing for insurance policies that align with clients' needs and budget.
The Required Skills:
Previous Real Estate or Commercial Property broking experience is essential
Strong IT, Communication, rapport building skills
Good negotiation skills and technical knowledge in regards to real estate insurance
Ability to work proactively with a driven mindset
