Our professionalism, client service and strong team culture drive our continued year-on-year business growth, which we are proud of and grateful to our Associates for enabling.Lockton's Real Estate Account Executives are experienced insurance professionals leading client advocacy as main contacts for significant mid-large corporate accounts, with responsibility for day to day service delivery, delegation and for supporting the leadership of individual teams.We deliver innovative insurance placements and risk management services for organisations involved in the real estate & construction sectors. Specialising in the provision of insurance services and risk management advice, the Global Real Estate & Construction team work with a broad spectrum of organisations including main contractors, specialist sub-contractors, residential and commercial property developers, asset managers and property owners, both in the UK and internationally.Key Responsibilities:Build and nurture close, long-lasting relationships by developing a constantly expanding network of client contactsServe clients as an advocate for their needs, ensuring delivery of exceptional service through close and regular interactionSeek to identify methods of enhancing services and adding greater value to clients and maintain a robust approach delivering a service plan and annual timetable of visits aligned to their needsSupport the implementation of expanded service opportunities, risk management and insurance objectives of clients across your teamAct as a point of referral for Associates and present solutions for discussion with Vice Presidents where requiredPrepare and take ownership for the timely and accurate production of renewal reports and coach Account Handlers to produce sameAttend or provide feedback for insurer review meetings and actively contribute to the development of relationshipsCultivate a positive and wide-ranging network of relationships with insurers, lawyers and loss adjustersManage renewal income to at least budgeted levels and in line with set and agreed team objectivesActively seek out and generate new revenue opportunities through regular new business activity and by attending networking eventsBuild and grow a wide network of client and market contacts and serve as a role model to associates in developing sameContribute to bid teamsAbout You:Significant experience in Real Estate insurance, ideally gained within a brokerageExperience with managing real estate owners, funds and managing agents insurance programmesExcellent communication skills, and able to build and nurture long-lasting positive professional relationsDriven, enthusiastic and collaborative: focused on excellent service, and enabling an ever-collaborative team cultureTo discuss this role, please share your details via EasyApply or contact us directly.
