Reach Truck Driver

Our prestigious client in the Grimsby area are looking to recruit 2 Multi-Skilled Operatives into their team on a temp to perm basis. If you are looking for job stability then this is the job for you!

Hours of work: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm/1pm-9pm weekly rotation

Pay Rate: £12.44 p/h

REF: C20

Responsibilities:
- Operate a Counterbalance Truck or PPT to load and unload materials
- Operate a Reach Truck in order to put away stock within the coldstore environment
- Safely transport materials within the warehouse
- Follow proper procedures for shipping and receiving
- Use a warehouse management system to track inventory and locate items
- Inspect and maintain the forklift, reporting any mechanical issues
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting (licence not essential)
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Be comfortable working in coldstore (temperatures down to -25)
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and materials handling
