PAY RATES

Days Weekdays (any hour worked between Monday and Friday) £11.46/hour

Days Weekdays Overtime (any overtime hour worked between Monday and Friday) £17.19/hour

Days Weekends (any hour worked between Saturday and Sunday) £12.46/hour

Days Weekends Overtime (any overtime hour worked between Saturday and Sunday) £20.19/hour

Nights Weekdays (any hour worked between Monday and Friday) £12.46/hour

Nights Weekdays Overtime (any overtime hour worked between Monday and Friday) £18.69/hour

Nights Weekends (any hour worked between Saturday and Sunday) £14.46/hour

Nights Weekends Overtime (any overtime hour worked between Saturday and Sunday) £21.69/hour

SHIFTS
The site currently operates with 5 shift patterns;

DAY SHIFT

Blue Shift Week 1: Sunday -Wednesday 7am to 7pm (4 day working week)

Blue Shift Week 2: Sunday – Tuesday 7am to 7pm (3 day working week)

Red Shift Week 1: Thursday – Saturday 7am to 7pm (3 day working week)

Red Shift Week 2 Wednesday – Saturday 7am to 7pm (4 day working week)

NIGHT SHIFT

Green Shift Week 1: Tuesday – Friday 7pm to 7am (4 day working week)

Green Shift Week 2: Wednesday -Friday 7pm to 7am (3 day working week)

Yellow Shift Week 1: Saturday – Monday 7pm to 7am (3 day working week)

Yellow Shift Week 2: Saturday – Tuesday 7pm to 7am (4 day working week)

Orange Shift Week 1: Sunday – Thurs 7pm to 5am (4 day working week)

Responsibilities

• Stock Move ( using wrist mounted scanners)
• Loading stock onto the fleet of vehicles
• Stock replenishment
• Following factory health & safety guidelines
• Reach Truck License Mandatory.

The successful candidate

• Having an in-date Reach Truck License
• An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Able to interface at all levels of the organisation
• Bias for action, have a strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence.
• Flexible, have fantastic communication skills and huge amounts of drive are a must, together with a natural style that role models our Values
• A person with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves".
