£24,000 - £26,000 Temp to Perm Contract

8:30am – 16:30pm

Working as a Reach Truck Driver you will be working individually looking after the goods coming in and out of the business. This job will require you to have a full Reach Truck Licence, as you will be responsible to load and unload pallets. Please note that the work is repetitive and most of the work involved will be picking and packing.
Reach Truck Driver responsibilities will involve:

• Goods in and goods out using Reach truck when required
• Picking and Packing of shipments ready for daily collection
• Preparing pallets for daily collection 
• Be comfortable using PC for emails, bespoke systems and courier portals
• Packing orders, labelling shipments and loading correctly & safely
• Assist with managing stock levels
• Handballing & assisting with the general cleanliness of the warehouse
• Act in accordance at all times with employer conditions of employment
• Able to work core hours of business 8:30am – 4:30pm (35 hours per week)

Required experience & characteristics of a Reach Truck Driver:

• Must have a Reach Truck Licence
• Experience picking and packing within a warehouse environment
• Have an interest and desire to take ownership of a warehouse environment
• Must be flexible with lunch hours
• Must want a long term permanent position
• Good level of English
• Live within commutable distance to Slough Trading Estate
