Working for a leading commercial property consultancy in Bristol, Southwest England, your role as Rating Surveyor is carried out for a wide range of private, regional and national clients.

The role is broad and diverse, including inspecting a wide range of commercial properties and leisure businesses, advising clients on their rateable values, submitting checks and challenges, advising and implementing business rates mitigation strategies and preparing council tax appeals.

You must have previous experience, a track record of the role described and with the check, challenge and appeal process.
