Rapid Response - On Call Coordinator

We are looking for enthusiastic, flexible and reliable individuals to join our team as our on call Coordinator Rapid Response.

Must have at least 6 months experience working in the care sector, to enable you to be able to delver emergency care cover to our clients. You must be able to drive, with access to a car. We do not offer sponsorships.

We deliver care into the community from 7am - 10pm Monday - Sunday.

This role will be to manage the on call severvice, dealing with incoming and outgoing enquiries, coordinating the rotas, sceduling up and coming reviews/appraisals/supervisions and responding to emergency care cover when unable to source a care worker to attend.

We are looking for between the hours of (Apply online only) weekdays, (Apply online only) weekends & sleep in service from (Apply online only).

We are looking for multiple indivduals for this role for a job share, to ensure ongoing cover, and alternating weekends.

You will be working from your home for the administative duries, and you could be called out to a visit/round within the Southampton, Emsowrth and surrounding areas as and when required.
