Rail Project Manager – Station / Civils package – Outside IR35 Senior Site Agent / PM RailRail Project Manager - Rail Site Agent - Working for the client's consultancy outside IR35 - this is working on 3 stations in the Midlands / Birmingham Area - will be working for the client's consultancy but need someone that has work on Rail Stations jobs - ie Bridge, Cuttings, Rail Stations, platforms etcBirmingham based with some home workingAre you a Rail Site Agent or Project Manager looking for your next contract with an established Rail Consultancy that works closely with Contractors ? Interested in working on a long term Civils Biased scheme in Coventry? I'm is currently recruiting for a Site Agent to work on Platform Extensions and Footbridge projects , for approx 12 Mths.The successful candidate will be available immediately or on a weeks notice and will have previous experience working on multi-discipline rail projects.Roles and Responsibilities:Monitoring and implementing the financial controls and cost reportsManagement and monitoring of ContractorsLiaise and chair client/project meetingsOversee daily administration, quality, etcImplementation of company procedures and protocolsMethod statements and risk assessmentsInterpreting and implementing of the designHealth and Safety complianceCandidate Requirements:Previous experience working on rail projects Civils side in a Site Agent / Site Manager / Project Manager ? Interested in working on a long term Civils Biased scheme in the West Midlands?The successful candidate will be available immediately or on a weeks notice and will have previous experience working on multi-discipline rail projects.Attractive ratesPossible of some Hybrid working ie a few days at home
