Radiation Protection Supervisor

I am currently recruiting for a Freelance Radiation Protection Supervisor on a large Civil Engineering scheme, near Shrewsbury.The successful candidate will have a Radiation Protection Supervisor Certificate & CSCS Card.As Radiation Protection Supervisor, you will be responsible for; Implement and manage the regulations and local rules relevant to work with radiationManage the risks arising from the use of radiation, the necessary precautions to be taken and the extent to which these precautions will restrict exposureImplement systems for dealing with accident/emergency (i.e., implement and develop radiation contingency plans)Ensure that the Local Rules and other key working instructions or arrangements are complied with to minimise the occurrence of accidents and contamination, and to restrict exposure to ionising radiationAssist in completing risk assessments for work involving radiation As Radiation Protection Supervisor, you will have the following experience and qualifications;Radiation Protection Supervisor Certificate CSCS CardExperience working within a Civil Engineering environment would be advantageousIf you feel that you have the relevant experience to be successful in this position and would like to find out more, please contact Leo Peat for further information
