My client is seeking a highly skilled Lead Pricing Implementation Analyst to join their exceptional Pricing team. As the Lead Implementation Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and implementing pricing models and underwriting rules across both risk and retail pricing. This role is essential in ensuring that our company achieves its strategic goals and continues to grow and succeed.
Main Responsibilities as Lead Radar Developer:
As a Radar Live model developer, you'll innovate and improve processes, integrate and deploy models, manage Radar defects, coach junior analysts, and maintain accurate rates and rules. By collaborating with Product teams, you'll provide impact assessments, own Pricing Product Spec documents, and communicate effectively. Your work will ensure that rates and rules are efficient and effective, and the team is always striving to be the best it can be
Skills and experience you need as Lead Radar Developer
The ideal candidate should have experience in insurance pricing, proficiency in Radar and Radar Live, good understanding of messaging structures and transformations for various SWHs and effective coaching skills. Additionally, they should possess the ability to understand complex rating structures, influence colleagues, deliver high-quality pricing projects, build radar models and demonstrate creativity and innovation.
