R&D Tax Manager / North West / £60,000 Negotiable with BenefitsMarks Sattin are collaborating with a well-established Tax Consultancy that are currently going through some exciting growth and are wanting to expand their Tax team in the North West by bringing in a R&D Compliance Tax Manager.The Role: An exciting opportunity to join the Corporate Tax function, while reporting to the Head of Tax. With a large part of this role being responsible to liaise with stakeholders and build client relationships. They are looking for someone with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. A successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be proactive, with a results-driven mindset.Day to Day:Manage the compliance process for tax incentive claims and leading on all HMRC compliance matters.Implement and maintain compliance procedures and controls to mitigate risk.Keep aware of changes in relevant tax legislation and regulatory requirements and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.Be a key point of contact for clients regarding compliance-related matters.Maintain positive relationships with regulatory bodies.
