We are recruiting for a
Quarry Section Manager to join and lead our fantastic Quarrying team here at our Tarmac Bayston HillQuarry site, close to Shrewsburyin Shropshire.The role is easily commutable from Shrewsbury, Telford, Bridgnorth, Oswestry, Welshpool, Wolverhampton, Stafford, Whitchurch, Ludlow, Kidderminster, Dudley, Walsall, Cannock, Market Drayton, Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding areas.

Main Responsibilities
The
Quarry Section Manager will report directly to the Site Manager and will manage and be accountable for all quarrying operations on the quarry section. Safety and operational standards are the fundamentals of the role with cost control, people management, delivery to customer needs and performance improvement being key.
