Quantity Surveyors - Prime Residential
Premises Recruitment are working with a number of established main contractors operating in the London Prime and Super Prime Residential market.
The live vacancies we have for Quantity Surveyors are listed below:
1) Mayfair
To £100k "all in"
Sizeable Construction Group, who undertake a significant number of Prime Residential projects.
Seeking 2x Senior Quantity Surveyors to take ownership of a c. £30m prime residential fit out of two townhouses and an £18m single dwelling refurbishment nearby.
One is a structurally involved project with the addition of two new storeys onto the existing building with full fit out, the other is an ultra high spec fit out.
Site based, reporting to a Company Director working alongside the Project Director
2) Chelsea/Belgravia
£65k-85k + package
Well regarded prime residential specialist main contractor. They have a dynamic management team who have developed an enviable client base over their 10+ years of trading. They have developed strong processes and a great company culture.
Seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS to manage 2 live projects of c. £6m.
Can be based between site and office in SW, NW and W London.
3) Mayfair/Hyde Park
to £80k + bens
Reputable Super Prime Residential specialist, who are firmly establishing the reputation of their business within the London Prime Residential construction market.
They have a track record of delivering some of The Capital's most prestigious projects, in turn allowing them to secure a solid pipeline of projects from £7m to £30m+.
Seeking a QS to be office based with travel to sites as required.
Responsible for one to two projects from £6m-£15m
Seeking a QS who is keen to learn and develop their career under the mentorship of the Commercial Manager.
4) Herts / London
Successful, privately owned SME main contractor specialising in Prime Residential construction.
Seeking a QS to be part office (Herts) part site (London) based.
Typically working on projects from £3m to £8m in contract value.
Close knit, relaxed team environment.
Reporting to the Senior QS
5) Wimbledon
£30k-£75k + package
Owned by experience Directors, their projects include prime residential new builds, refurbishments and full fit outs of private single dwellings, with contract values ranging up to £5m.
