Job Description
Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS

Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS
Office: Manchester or Liverpool office (Hybrid working)
We currently have great opportunities for a QS/Senior QS to join our thriving Property & Construction team in Manchester / Liverpool, with the opportunity to get involved in Residential projects across the North West.
You will be joining an established Cost Management team undertaking QS/Employers Agent services for various clients across the region. We have structured training & support to enable you to gain your Chartership with the RICS.
Relevant skills and experience:
Experience working as an QS or Senior QS for either a Consultancy / Developer / Contractor (essential)
Experience within the Residential sector, ideally have experience working on social housing projects (desirable)
Experience acting as an Employers Agent (desirable)
Experienced dealing with Pre & Post contract duties
BSc in Quantity Surveying, or another related Construction Degree
Working towards Chartership (desirable)
CPC - Big enough to deliver but small enough to care
