Your new role
Management of external QS providers and performance
Management of external contractors and suppliers
Cost Management and overseeing financial terms
Preparing budgets to cover all maintenance and capital works
Procurement
Cost Auditing
Tender processes
Working closely with other senior stakeholders on maintenance and capital expenditure
Ensuring compliance with H&S
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 3 years working as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager/Cost Consultant
MRICS or relevant chartership is highly desirable
Relevant Degree in a Construction related field
What you'll get in return
Salary of up to £65,000 (Dependent on experience)
