Freelance Quantity Surveyor - Major Residential Development - Cambridge
This leading residential developer has a major, long term residential project in Cambridge and they have a freelance requirement for a Quantity Surveyor for a period of 6-9 months to support the team on site.
The project consists of bespoke town houses and apartments of a high-quality finish. The site is situated just outside of Cambridge and is easy to commute to and not in the centre of the city.
For this Quantity Surveyor position, you will be based on site in Cambridge and assist with managing sub-contract packages, issue notices, make payment and efficiently managing variation accounts and preparing final accounts.
This is a really good opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor that has residential developer experience or main contracting residential. You will have over 5yrs of stable employment as a Quantity Surveyor in the London environment and be eligible to live and work in the UK.
