Quantity Surveyor

A thriving Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy are seeking a smart Quantity Surveyor as they continue to grow their London presence.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a Director on an impressive array of high end residential and luxury hospitality projects (up to �20m) across London, including refurbishment of listed buildings and basements.

The new Quantity Surveyor will likely work across multiple projects, providing a cost management and contract administration role, whilst also working closely with clients and maintaining those relationships.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally completed a Quantity Surveying degree
• 3+ years' quantity surveying experience
• Preferably coming from a consultancy / PQS firm, but would consider a main contractor background
• Basement, listed building, high end residential - any experience in these sectors would be beneficial
• Strong communication skills
• Pre and post contract experience
