Quantity Surveyor

PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for an established civil engineering and infrastructure business operating in the Essex region.

Typical projects will involve constructing new roads for local authorities and national highways so experience working on S278 schemes with values ranging from �1 to �10m is preferred however not essential.

Overview responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor.

• Quantity Surveyor must have NEC experience
• Change management
• Managing financials of all self-delivered work
• Compensation events
• Pricing additional works
• CVR's
• Application for payments
• Working with multiple specialist sub-contractors
• Beneficial to have some estimating and pricing on first principles
• Reviewing programmes and creating cost forecasts
• Picking up any variations on the project

This is a contract position with an immediate start for the right Quantity Surveyor.
