As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with the Commercial Manager and support the contract delivery team in ensuring profitability, cash management, cost control, and accurate reporting. You will have the opportunity to contribute to various processes and tasks, including application and credit control, income forecast and pricing of variations, change control, project risk assessment, production of cost value reports, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
Input into application and credit control processes.
Understanding income forecast and pricing of variations.
Managing the change control system.
Assessing project risk.
Producing cost value reports.
Understanding cost to completion and forecasting data.
Managing the full sub-contract cycle and documentation.
Assisting with cost reviews and budget analysis.
Contributing to weekly site records and progress meetings.
Collaboration in the production of monthly financial performance reports.
Requirements:
Relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Excellent understanding of commercial processes and procedures.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
