Are you an Experienced Civil Engineering Quantity Surveyor? This Northwest leading Civil engineering contractor is expanding their commercial team and have an opportunity to join their groundworking projects for some of the largest house building clients.

Our client is actively upgrading their commercial team to meet current and upcoming project demand. With an annual turn over of �75 million and over �40 million of new work scheduled to start soon, they need to expand their commercial capabilities by taking on a new Quantity Surveyor.

As the Quantity Surveyor, you will commercially manage 4-5 house build sites valued between �10 million - �20 million for clients such as Redrow Homes, Keepmoat, Countryside, Miller Homes, and more.

This client's primary remit is Groundworks for New build housing projects. Supporting the project from cradle to grave. They are contracted for installing; Roads, Sewage infrastructure, Drainage, DPC, Surfacing, and more.

As the Quantity Surveyor, you will need to report to the Head office in Stockport Monday-Friday. The office/site requirements are about a 70/30 split. The working hours are the site hours, 07:30am - 16:30 pm.

  • Previous experience as a QS on groundworks projects for house build sites (sub or client side)

  • Degree qualification not essential
  • Drivers license essential
