Quantity Surveyor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor on a scheme in Swindon. The contractor undertakes projects across a range of sectors including industrial, student accommodation, commercial and research & development typically valuing up to �100mil. Projects are administered via JCT and NEC forms of contract.

Due to a key recent project win, they're now looking to bring a Senior Quantity Surveyor into the team in Swindon. As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in the project from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with the commercial team and reporting into the Commercial Manager.

In return, they're offering a salary of up to �80k + package, and the opportunity to join a business with a good pipeline of work in the region.
