Quantity Surveyor

They are now recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their business.

As a Quantity Surveyor, your role will include:

• Developing precise and comprehensive cost plans to establish project budgets.
• Supervising the project cost plan from inception to practical completion, ensuring thorough risk assessment and accurate cost estimation.
• Assuming commercial responsibility for projects, including cost reporting, value engineering, cash flow management, dispute resolution, cost oversight, and account administration, and facilitating agreement on final accounts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years post qualification experience
• RICS qualified or qualified by experience
• Primarily PQS background
• Commercial and housing experience preferred
