Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Project overview: My client are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team for two major infrastructure projects in Norfolk. The projects involves construction of a new bridge, junction enhancements, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
The individual would be responsible for either subcontractor management, utilities packages, highway and utility diversions.
Oversee procurement processes from low-value items to full subcontract packages.
Manage projects from conception to completion.
Utilise systems such as CEMAR, Fastdraft, and Orbit (bolt-on to Oracle).
Requirements:
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Valid CSCS card.
Proficient in procurement and contract management.
Strong experience in managing infrastructure projects.
