Quantity Surveyor

Are you a Quantity Surveyor, looking to involve yourself in high-quality, complex projects in the Southwest?
My client has an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Bath office on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will join a long standing, family run contractor, with an experienced and reputable team.
Duties

• Cost control
• Bill of quantities (BOQ)
• Tendering
• Cost management
• Cost planning
• Cost reporting

Requirements

• Relevant degree or certification in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Cost Control, BOQ, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
• Experience in cost reporting and analysis
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team
• Experience in the construction or social housing industry is a plus
