Degree level or equivalent BSc Quantity Surveying preferred.
Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for a new opportunity?
My client are looking for someone to join their team in the Lincolnshire area, at their Head Office. They are very well established House Builder in the Lincolnshire area as well as the East coast all over, taking great pride in building homes to an extremely high standard.
I am looking for Quantity Surveyor from a house building background with JCT contracts experience would be preferred and someone who is looking to progression through the ranks within their business.
Requirements:

- At least 3-5+ years experience working within a Quantity Surveyor position in the UK.

- An excellent approach to work and professional outlook on the construction industry

- Contacting background, Main Contractor experience preferred.

- IT literate.

- Strong communication skills.

- JCT Contracts experience.

- Valuations

- Being a part of the pricing process.

- Solid contracting knowledge.

- Degree level or equivalent BSc Quantity Surveying preferred.
