QUANTITY SURVEYOR

I'm currently working with a few top-tier, market-leading contractors who are on the hunt for Senior / Quantity Surveyors.

These clients are very big on social value, diversity, and culture and all have multiple projects in the pipeline ranging up to values of �200m across residential, commercial, and healthcare schemes. Main Responsibilities

• Preparation or assessment of applications valuations, cost/value reconciliation


• Cost control and forecasting


• Contract management, including all relevant forms, methods of budgetary control and software applications


• Prepare supply chain enquiries


• Understanding implications of health and safety regulations


• Ensure documents are managed in accordance with the contract


• Provide contractual advice to the project and site team


• Ongoing liaising with the site team, subcontractors, and customer representatives


• Undertake record-keeping


• Prepare and agree applications for payment

To be considered for the role, you must have experience working in the role of a Quantity Surveyor and ideally have worked on residential, commercial, or healthcare schemes previously for another Main Contractor / Developer.
