Quantity Surveyor

Blue Water Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a large construction project based in Cardiff. �

The successful candidate will be joining a Tier 1 Principal Contractor. �

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of sub-contract documentation


• Management of sub-contractor/sub-consultant packages on site


• Certification of sub-contractor/sub-consultant applications for payment


• Negotiation of sub-contractor/sub-consultant final accounts


• Submission of monthly internal reports


• Contract administration


• Advise on contractual issues

About You:

• Minimum BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent


• NEC Contract experience

Salary Package:

• Negotiable salary base - �55,000 - �65,000


• 26 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
