Quantity Surveyor

Redrock Recruitment are seeking for there client an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a very well established and respected Civils and Groundworks specialist contractor working in housebuilding and commercial, industrial.
This is a great opportunity to join a well established team, who work with a number of tier 1 contractors. adding commercial support to a number of large projects already live and that start in Q2 this year. ideally looking for someone who has been experienced working in the subcontractor arena.
Main Responsibilities
:
To administer contracts from pre-construction to final account
To procure sub-contract and material packages
To control and monitor expenditure against budget
To prepare monthly reporting for management
About you:
BSc Quantity Surveying (minimum)
