This has now resulted in them looking to expand their experienced commercial team by hiring a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor background for 2 projects they have just secured.Whats in it for you as a Quantity Surveyor? A Salary of upto £70,000 A bonus of 15% (KPI Driven) Car Allowance Genuine career progression Company pension Location - London (Travel needed once every two weeks for one night)Roles and Responsibilities required as the Quantity Surveyor;Prepare and issue Account Development Review to Clients regularlyWork closely with Project Managers and Site Managers in order to understand current issues and progress with siteIssue variations to Sub Contract Works OrdersPrepare and settle Final Account within two months of completion of the projectExperience as a Quantity Surveyor Prepare and issue project related report as and when required by the Commercial ManagerManage Sub Contractor Final AccountsRequirements to be successful as the Quantity Surveyor;A degree or equivalent in Quantity SurveyingProficient in JCT, NEC and Bespoke contractsMS Word and Excel experiencePrevious experience with D&B schemes from £5m upwardsIf you feel that your experience is aligned to this Quantity Surveyor position, please do apply to register your interest
