Temp to Perm role
One of our established clients are currently on the look for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Social Housing / Reactive & Planned Maintenance division
They are a
company but this role will be based out of their Basingstoke Office, they work alongside social housing providers, local authorities and housing associations
Our client will be looking for someone who has worked in the Social Housing / Reactive & Planned Maintenance industry before
and have strong leadership skills, as they require someone to come in and hit the ground running on a £5m works contract.
Job Description
Oversee all financial aspects of the projects
Negotiate with suppliers / sub contractors to ensure cost effective procurement
Bits of estimating and tendering
Re-measures and packaging
Liaising internally and doing CVR's (month end reconciliation's)
Ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations
