Role and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing multiple sites, ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:
Managing the commercial aspects of projects from inception to completion
Conducting cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
Procurement of subcontractors and materials
Contract negotiation and administration
Risk management and mitigation
Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success
Providing leadership and mentorship to junior members of the team
