Preparation of cost plans, budgets, and detailed estimates for infrastructure, groundworks, and RC frame projects
Monitoring project costs and progress, and providing regular financial reports to management
Negotiation and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
Identifying, assessing, and managing risks and opportunities to optimise project profitability
