Quantity Surveyor

Are you a Rail Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with NEC4 contract experience?
 
Do you have experience dealing with Network Rail contract amendments?
 
You will be working on a geotechnical framework in South East Wales as part of CP7, so the ideal candidate will have experience working on rail geotechnical or earthworks projects, however they are open to any rail experience where Network Rail is the end client.
 
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum DOE and £5400 - £7200 car allowance DOE
Location: Bristol + hybrid working

Requirements:
·Relevant Degree/HND/HNC in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
·Experience working with NEC4 contracts for Network Rail.
·Experience working on Network Rail contract amendments such as NR24, NR26, and NR29.
·Experience producing CVR's independently.  
·PTS desirable.
