Quantity Surveyor

I have been asked to find both a Quantity Surveyor and a Senior Quantity Surveyor for my client- a residential groundworks specialist based in the North West of England.

They are part of a �300m + turnover group and are a market leader in terms of coverage and profit. They work predominantly with residential developers and housebuilders and provide services for drainage, roads and sewers, 278 works and plotworks.

The ideal candidate will have a surveying or Civil Engineering degree and 3-5 years experience for the QS role and 5+ years experience for the SQS role.

This experience will need to ideally be in groundworks subcontracting and even better, residential groundworks.

On offer is a very competitive salary of between 65-85k along with a generous benefits package which will include an annual bonus- based on company and personal performance.
