We have a permanent opportunity to join a multi award winning, innovative social housing contractor as a Quantity Surveyor.

The role of Quantity Surveyor:

To guide the financial management of the joint venture maintenance contract, ensuring that financial targets are achieved.
To provide an effective interface with the clients, Partnering management, consultants and suppliers.
To Validate and approve subcontractor quotations to ensure value for money is achieved
To analyse and review commercial and operational data to help the business make informed & strategic decisions to achieve optimal profitability.
Ensure that the contract is properly informed as to the commercial and financial position so it can best make business decisions.

I would love to hear from a Quantity Surveyor who has:

Experience working with scheduler rates
Experience working with accounts at contractor level
Social housing experience
Full UK Driving License
Relevant industry experience
