Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor - I am currently on the lookout for a Quantity Surveyor with extensive social housing experience, to work for a property maintenance contractor based out of their flagship office in Bristol.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for costing, pricing and valuation on a number of social housing contracts, knowledge of SORs within the sector is absolutely essential. Other duties include post and pre tenders and final accounts, liaising with clients, internal stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure work is completed efficiently on time and within budget.

The starting salary for the Quantity Surveyor is �50-55k plus a company car or car allowance and hybrid working is on offer.
