They specialise in Ground-works, Residential, New Build, and Refurbishment projects and are now expanding into Reinforced Concrete market. They are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to expand their commercial team for their upcoming projects in Merseyside and the North West.

As the Quantity Surveyor you would be reporting to the Commercial Manager and collaborating closely with the tight knit Project team. You'll be responsible for managing costs and cash flow on site and measuring works completed for the various ongoing projects in the region.

Experience & Qualifications

• Academically Qualified with a Degree/Certificate/Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience on Civil Engineering Projects
• Experience with Ground-works and/or Reinforced Concrete

Salary

This position offers a competitive salary of �55,000 - �65,000 p/a
