Our client is a leading tier 1 contractor working within the railway sector looking for an intermediate QS to help and support them on one of their most senior projects yet!

Your responsibilities as an intermediate quantity surveyor will include; dealing with sub-contractors, financial reporting, ensuring contractual knowledge and compliance alongside liaising with clients. You will be situated within the office however there is also an opportunity for Hybrid working.

This is a fantastic opportunity to progress through the ranks and show your skill set as an intermediate Quantity surveyor, proving your ability in the rail industry.

EXPERIENCE

• 4+ years experience Quantity surveying
• previous experience working for a tier 1 contractor is preferred but not essential
• Bsc or Msc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
• Experience with NEC3/4 contracts
