Quantity Surveyor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable developer on a big scheme in Basingstoke. The developer has a contracting arm which undertakes many schemes across the South Coast including traditional house building and apartment block complexes. Projects are administered via JCT or NEC forms of contract.

Due to a recent succession of project wins, they're now looking to bring a Quantity Surveyor into the commercial team to work on a project in Basingstoke. The Quantity Surveyor will be managing the commercial aspect of the project, reporting into the area Commercial Manager. This opportunity would suit a Quantity Surveyor with contracting experience, specifically having administered JCT or NEC forms of contract.

In return, they're offering a salary of up to �60k + Package. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of the leading house builders in the UK with ample progression opportunity and local pipeline of work.
