Quantity Surveyor opportunity to work for a Main Contractor on property Maintenance schemes

Our client has asked us to assist them in their search for an additional Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. A major Construction group, our client has several business divisions across Construction, infrastructure, property services and residential developments working with a network of offices across the UK.

This is a great opportunity to be part of their property services and Maintenance division and join the Commercial team as Quantity Surveyor. You will benefit from working with a financially stable group, that has a good reputation and solid client base with various authorities and councils. As a business unit, our client works across general repairs, Maintenance including planned and reactive and facility management.

Our client is looking for someone that has worked for a Contractor on various Property maintenance projects as Quantity Surveyor. You will be mainly looking after various reactive maintenance schemes being based from their London office.

For this role our client is looking to pay up to circa �60,000 + Package for the right individual.
