We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a progressive, considerate multi-disciplined construction consultancy in their Gloucester office. Where you will be given the chance to work across a range of sectors including commercial, education, heritage and healthcare.

As a Quantity Surveyor in the Gloucester office you’ll work on a varied workload with projects across commercial, residential, healthcare and education sectors ranging from £1m to £80mill typically. You’ll play a key role in project delivery and be given every opportunity to develop your skill set through business development, account management and service delivery.
About you
You will have a degree or masters in Quantity Surveying/ Cost Management, ideally you will come from a consultancy background. It is anticipated that you will have both pre and post contract experience, you may have gained experience as an employers agent. You should be comfortable at managing your own projects, your experience may be polarised to one sector and you may have a nice breadth in experience. Ideally you will have gained your MRICS or close to achieving the title with their support.
