Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a Multi-Disciplinary, Construction Consultancy, based in Warrington, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join them, due to continued growth. The QS will be operating among a small team focusing across the Retail, Commercial and Industrial sectors, working both pre and post contract on projects generally in the �200k - �3M region but some schemes have reached �50M.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have 3 years' experience or more working as a QS, ideally with some knowledge of the retail sector. The candidate will need to be based within commuting distance of Warrington and hold a full driving licence.

Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Ideally have client side or retail experience
• Contractor and Consultancy / Client-Side candidates will be considered
• HNC / HND / Degree in a relevant field (not essential for experienced candidates)
• Full driving licence
• Based within commuting distance of Warrington
